1. Data controller

Allolocs, operated from Montreal (Quebec), is responsible for the personal information collected via allolocs.ca. Privacy contact: kladrivas@gmail.com.

2. Information collected

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Clients (booking request): name, email, phone (optional), address/neighborhood (optional), notes, preferred time slot, requested service.
• Locticians (account): name, email, password (stored as a hash), phone, city, specialties, bio, profile and schedule information related to requests.
• Contact / support: name, email, subject, and message.
• Technical: server logs, loctician session cookie (allolocs_session, httpOnly) to maintain the connection.

3. Purposes

• Connecting clients and locticians
• Processing and notifying booking requests
• Managing loctician accounts and profile publishing
• Responding to support messages
• Securing and improving the service

We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Recipients

• The relevant loctician receives the information needed to process your request (name, contact, time slot, notes).
• Transactional emails are sent via SMTP (a Gmail account configured for Allolocs).
• The hosting provider / technical infrastructure may incidentally process data (logs, backups).

5. Retention

Booking requests and accounts are kept as long as necessary for the service and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized upon reasonable request or when the account is no longer active. You can request deletion of your data by writing to us.

6. Security

Reasonable measures: HTTPS, hashed passwords (bcrypt), httpOnly session cookie, restricted server access. No system is infallible; report any incident to kladrivas@gmail.com.

7. Your rights (Law 25 and applicable frameworks)

Subject to exceptions provided by law, you can request:

• access to your personal information
• its correction
• its deletion (where applicable)
• clarification on how it’s used

8. Cookies

The site uses an essential session cookie for logged-in locticians. No third-party ad banner for now. If analytics tools are added later, this page will be updated.

9. Payments

Allolocs does not process online payments at this stage. No card data is collected by the platform.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Significant changes may be announced on the site.
