By using Allolocs, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose
Allolocs is a platform connecting people looking for loc-related services (“clients”) with professionals (“locticians”). Allolocs does not itself provide styling services.
2. Access to the service
- Clients can browse profiles and send a booking request without creating an account.
- Locticians must create an account, complete their profile, and publish it to appear in search.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Booking requests
A booking request is a proposal. The loctician may confirm, decline, cancel, or mark a request as completed. Allolocs relays related information and notifications, but is not responsible for acceptance, timeliness, or the quality of the service.
4. Payment
No payment is currently collected by Allolocs. Pricing terms and settlement happen directly between the client and the loctician.
5. Loctician accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken from your dashboard. Published content (bio, photos, services) must be lawful, non-misleading, and respectful. Allolocs may unpublish or suspend an account in case of abuse, spam, or unlawful content.
6. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use Allolocs to:
- harass, deceive, or harm others
- collect data for unauthorized purposes
- disrupt the operation of the service
- impersonate another person
7. Intellectual property
The Allolocs brand and platform elements remain the property of their owners. Locticians retain their rights over the content they publish, and grant Allolocs a non-exclusive license to display it on the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Quebec law, Allolocs is not liable for indirect damages, nor for disputes between clients and locticians relating to a service. The service is provided “as is,” with reasonable availability but no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
9. Personal data
The processing of personal information is described in the privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Montreal district, unless otherwise mandatorily required.
